I’ve spent the last 12 years coaching group classes, semi-private and private athletes of all ages and abilities. I specialize in sports biomechanics and know that fitness is not only essential for physical health but mental health as well.
I have a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Social-Emotional Learning to teach high school Physical Education. I also have a BS in Kinesiology and an AS in Automotive Technology as I’ve always been fascinated by how things work.
